The (Govintra) Popular links widget shows a grid of pill-shaped buttons, each one linking out to a page or site your staff use often, wherever you place it. With no links added, the widget does not appear on the page at all. Note that entries in this widget are manual. For an automated list of most popular content based on Google Analytics, use the Most Active plugin and Most Active widget.
