5. (Govintra) Need to know widget
Displays a list of news stories that have been flagged as “need to know”. You can change the title of this widget, and the amount of stories to show.
Mark new stories as need to know by changing the post format to “status”.

Hide if already read
With this setting checked, a cookie is set on individual browsers to mark that a story has been read. If the need to know story has already been viewed, it will not show again in the need to know widget.
Colour settings
Set the background colour and text colour for the widget display. The border colour is used for the top border of the widget area.
