8. HT Feedback widget
Displays a Gravity Forms form using a sliding reveal when the title heading is clicked. You’ll need to know the ID of the form that you want to use.
We recommend this widget for the footer area. It will be displayed on every page. You can include additional information via hidden form fields for the page URL and the current user.
