Accessibility content review 1.7.1
- Fixed manual chapters in tasks being flagged with accessibility problems when “Treat as a manual” is switched off. Readers and editors can’t see those chapters, so the review now skips them.
- Checks all the other text boxes as well as the main content, including sidebar content, course details, signpost sections and boxes inside repeating sections.
- Reviews only pages, posts and the content of modules switched on under Options > Modules, so settings and content nobody can reach no longer appear in the report.
- Skips content belonging to plugins that are no longer installed.
- Judges link text as a reader sees it, so links such as “Click here.” or bold link text are now caught.
- Uses the same list of vague link phrases as the accessibility warnings in the editor, so the report and the warnings agree.
- Catches more fixed colours in content, including background colours.
- Flags images that have no alt text at all, as well as those with empty alt text.
- The report now explains what it covers.
- Safer spreadsheet downloads: titles appear as typed and columns stay lined up.
- Fixed broken edit and view links for content left behind when a module or the forums are switched off.
Chat 1.0.10
Chat is a new plugin that lets staff ask questions in a conversation and get answers from your intranet.
- Place a chat on any page with the [govintra_chat] shortcode, or switch on a chat button in the corner of every page.
- Answers come from Agento Intelligence, so your existing access rules, limits, safety checks and logging still apply.
- Remembers earlier questions in a conversation; you choose how many, and conversations are forgotten after an hour.
- A settings page for the chat title, welcome message, example question buttons and optional chat instructions.
- Chat instructions replace the question box’s own instructions, so question box wording no longer appears in chat answers.
- Each answer shows its sources, thumbs up and down buttons, and your disclaimer text.
- Answers are labelled with your AI assistant’s name when you have set one.
- The chat title can start with an icon.
- Matches your intranet’s colours, including dark mode.
- Warns administrators if Agento Intelligence is missing or out of date.
- Fixed the chat button covering the “Back to top” link in the footer.
- Fixed page content showing through the chat button in dark mode.
Comments Report 2.1.0
- Counts only approved comments, leaving out spam, binned and unmoderated comments, which previously overstated engagement.
- Lists the most commented content first.
- You can use an end date on its own, and dates entered the wrong way round are swapped.
- The reporting period is shown in the file name.
- The settings screen explains what the report counts and how the dates work.
- Safer spreadsheet downloads: titles no longer shift columns or run as formulas in Excel.
- Fixed links to pages, which now use each page’s current address.
- Fixed invalid dates affecting the report; they are now ignored.
Content Report 2.3.0
- Posts and private content can now be included in the report.
- Leaving a date blank now means no limit, so scheduled content is included; dates entered the wrong way round are swapped.
- All pinned search terms are listed, not just the first.
- Training, team news and wall of fame content now show their own category column.
- The document report only shows category, document type and A to Z columns when your intranet uses them.
- Safer spreadsheet downloads: text no longer shifts columns or runs as formulas.
- Fixed documents attached to a page not being listed; they now link straight to the file.
- Fixed titles with apostrophes showing character codes.
- Fixed tags used on staff profiles showing “In use: 0” in the taxonomy report.
Likes Report 2.1.0
- Lists the most liked content first and leaves out content with no likes.
- The Mentioned column now covers recognition wall entries, lists both people and teams, and shows when someone has left the intranet.
- You can use a start or end date on its own.
- The dates covered are shown in the file name, and the date column is headed Published to make clear it is the publication date, not when likes were given.
- The report screen explains how the date filter works.
- Faster on large intranets.
- Safer spreadsheet downloads: titles no longer shift columns or run as formulas in Excel.
- Fixed duplicate rows, so each item appears once with its true like count.
- Fixed links, which now use each page’s current address.
- Fixed content published on the end date being missed.
Zero Hits 1.1.1
- Fixed the coloured status highlighting on report rows, which was being hidden by the standard admin table styles.
Notify 4.0.3
- “Stop notifications” and confirmation buttons now look different from the main button.
- Fixed unstyled notification buttons; they now match your intranet’s standard buttons.
- Fixed the button not dimming while a notification request is being processed.
Remove users 3.1.0
- Choose who to reassign content to from a searchable list of all users, including hidden accounts, instead of typing a user ID.
- Filter the list by name or email as you type, with a count of matches and confirmation of who you have chosen.
- Your last choice is remembered and selected next time.
- The form has been tidied, with help text to guide you.
Search Terms Report 2.1.0
- New option to list only searches that found nothing.
- New “Found nothing” and “Average results” columns, where your search logging records result counts.
- Leaving the number of terms blank now returns every term, instead of stopping at 100.
- You can use an end date on its own, and dates entered the wrong way round are swapped.
- The dates covered are shown in the file name, and the screen explains the options.
- Safer spreadsheet downloads: search terms no longer shift columns or run as formulas in Excel.
- Fixed searches made on the end date being missed.
- Fixed invalid dates producing an empty report; they are now ignored.
- Fixed an error when search logging has not been set up; you now get an empty report instead.
