Theme updates
- Searching from the Staff directory search box now lands on the search results page with the Staff filter already selected and the results limited to people
- Customiser live preview now matches the published result for the primary navigation menu text. Dragging the Navigation bar opacity slider — or changing the header background colour — now flips the menu text between dark and white in the preview exactly as it does on save.
- New “Original (no crop)” choice on the Card image ratio setting (Settings → General). When selected, news and blog thumbnail cards — in the News and Blog posts widgets and on the Comms hub template — show their images at the ratio the editor uploaded rather than cropping them to a fixed box (a portrait image therefore renders tall). Large images in the homepage full-width area stay constrained so the equal-height layout there is preserved, and related posts, events and landing-page thumbnails keep the standard 3:2 crop. Existing sites are unaffected unless an admin picks the new option

- Govintra Services launchpad widget: the icon tiles now stay readable on hover and keyboard focus in dark mode.
