Agento Intelligence services and prices

Agento Intelligence is Agento Digital’s private AI service for Govintra intranets. Staff ask a question in plain language and get an answer written from your intranet’s own content, with links to the pages it came from. Editors get AI tools for writing. Everything runs on Agento Digital’s own AI servers in the UK. Nothing is sent to ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude or any other outside AI service.

What it costs

£3,890 a year, per intranet, excluding VAT. Agento Intelligence is a separate subscription from the Govintra theme, and needs a Govintra intranet to work with. See Prices and subscriptions.

What is included

  • The assistant: a question box for any page, typically the How do I? area, that answers from tasks, pages, documents, training, projects, and the staff directory and teams if you choose. Every answer cites its sources. If the answer is not on the intranet, it says so rather than making one up.
  • Chat: a conversation window that remembers the thread, so staff can ask a follow-up question, available as a button on every page.
  • AI search: a list of the best matching pages and people for a question, without a written answer.
  • Editors’ tools: rewrite content to your house style or into plain English; generate an excerpt from a page; turn a PDF into a draft page; and an audit of tags that mean the same thing.
  • Content safety: questions and answers are screened for harmful content, and content that tries to give the AI instructions is kept out.
  • Feedback and logs: thumbs up and down on answers, and a log of questions so you can see what staff ask and where the gaps in your content are.
  • The AI server: hosted and run by Agento Digital in the UK, with the language model and the index of your content on it.

Private by design

  • Answers come only from your intranet content. The AI has no access to the web and no outside knowledge bleeds in.
  • Your content is indexed as you publish, change or remove it, so answers are always current.
  • Access is restricted by IP address and API key, with rate limiting and an audit log.
  • The service is hosted in the UK on Agento Digital’s own infrastructure. No data leaves it.

How you get started

  1. Subscribe to the service.
  2. Agento Digital sets up security for your intranet and gives you an API key.
  3. Install the Agento Intelligence plugin, choose what to index, and build the index. See Setup Agento Intelligence.
