Prices and subscriptions
Govintra and Agento Intelligence are sold by annual subscription. There is no charge per user: one subscription covers an intranet however many staff use it. All prices exclude VAT.
Govintra theme and plugins
£1,200 a year, per intranet. This is the price for an organisation running its own intranet.
The subscription includes the Govintra theme, every Govintra plugin, and updates to all of them for the year. There is nothing extra to pay for plugins: they are part of the theme subscription. It also gives you access to this help site and the user forum.
The theme runs on WordPress, which is free. You can host the intranet yourself or ask Agento Digital to host it.
Agento Intelligence AI service
£3,890 a year, per intranet. Agento Intelligence is a separate subscription from the theme. It includes the AI assistant, AI search, the chat interface, the editors’ AI writing tools, and the private UK-hosted AI server that runs them. It needs a Govintra intranet to connect to, so it is bought in addition to the theme subscription, not instead of it.
Agencies
If you are an agency building or running intranets for your clients, a separate agency rate applies for the theme and plugins. Contact Agento Digital for the agency price.
Other services
- Support: retainer-based support is available as a number of pre-paid hours each month, used for help and advice, training, small developments and plugin setup. Priced separately.
- Hosting: Agento Digital can host your intranet on a UK server dedicated to your organisation. Priced separately.
