If you have upgraded to Govintra, some posts (news, blogs, events, tasks and guides etc.) in the old Govintranet theme were allowed to be saved with empty document attachment entries. Govintra will not allow you to publish or update posts with an empty document entry. If you see a “validation failed” message, scroll down the editing screen to find the problem.
Hover the mouse over the right-hand side of the blank document attachment and click the minus button to remove the row.
