Relevanssi updates for the ‘did you mean?’ function

Code updates to fix a PHP warning message that was present under some conditions.

Contextual help for intravert edit screen

Additional description text has been added to fields in the intravert editing screen. We noticed that some editors are using the external URL field to add intranet links instead of using the intranet target page field.

Update to the tag template

The tag description will now appear in the tag templates if it is present.
