- Main menu: clicking, Enter or Space on an open dropdown heading now closes it instead of following the link; dropdown closes on focusout and no longer closes on mouseleave; modifier-clicks and middle-clicks still open the heading’s page.
- Times: the system renders stored H:i times in the Settings > General time format. Applied to event start/end times (single, listing, week/month views, shortcode, widget, aggregator block), vacancy closing times (single, listing, widget) and ultravert time ranges and until/expires labels.
- Tasks: admin notice on the task edit screen when a task’s parent is itself a child task in a guide, naming the parent and the root guide to move it under.
- Listings: the external link arrow on cards, category cards and search results now shows only when a Link-format post points to a different host (subdomains count as internal).
- Scheduled posts now get a modified date of their go-live time when they publish (future_to_publish hook), so the Most Recent widget orders them as new and shows the NEW badge. The date is only ever moved forwards and is written directly without creating a revision.
- Upgrade v4 backfills published content whose modified date is earlier than its publish date, in chunks of 500, and also runs on fresh govintranet migrations.
- Search results: the content type filter labels (News, Tasks & guides, News updates, Staff, Documents and so on) are now translatable via the govintra text domain, so custom language packs can rename them.
