Accessibility content review 1.7.2

  • The report now keeps its results for ten minutes, so the screen and the spreadsheet download show the same scan. It starts afresh whenever a post is saved or deleted.
  • New Refresh button and a “Scanned at” note on the report screen.
  • Finds more poor link text, including link text split across lines or with extra spaces, punctuation or formatting.
  • Shows a clear error, rather than an empty report, when the server is missing something the scan needs.
  • Team news is reviewed only when the Teams module is switched on.
  • Now also reviews content that has an editing screen but no public page, such as jargon buster entries.

  • Fixed the button and the daily tidy sometimes doubling up.

Likes Report 2.1.1

  • Fixed mentions of people and teams that have gone being shown as a single note. They now appear separately with a count, for example “(3 people no longer on the intranet)”.

Media A to Z 5.0.2

  • Deactivating the plugin now removes the permissions it gave to user roles; reactivating it gives them back.
  • Fixed the category filter in the document finder. Existing links to filtered lists still work.
  • Fixed the document finder and A to Z pages failing to load when breadcrumbs aren’t available.

  • The settings page no longer shows your saved Google service account key. A “Key saved” note appears instead, and leaving the box empty keeps the existing key.
  • Deleting the plugin now removes all its settings, including the key, and its saved widget data.

Remove users 3.1.2

  • Accounts can now be matched by username as well as email address.
  • Submitting your list now opens a “Check the list” preview showing each person’s name, username, email address, role and the text you pasted. Nobody is removed until you confirm.
  • Lines that don’t match anyone, your own account and the person receiving the content are listed as skipped. People listed twice appear only once.
  • After removal, the summary shows the username and email address of each person removed, with a Back button.
  • Fixed usernames that look like email addresses, or that contain capital letters, not being found.

Search Terms Report 2.1.1

  • The report now works with the free version of Relevanssi as well as Premium.
  • The “Only searches that found nothing” option is switched off, with a note, when your search log doesn’t record how many results each search found.
  • Fixed “Only searches that found nothing” showing every search term instead.
  • Fixed errors when the Relevanssi search log is missing.

Services 2.0.3

  • Keyboard users now see the yellow focus ring on service items and reveal panels.
  • Opening a reveal panel moves keyboard focus into it; pressing Escape closes it and returns you to where you were.
