If avatar profile pictures are not showing, you need to run the migration process for avatars. Go to Tools, Migrate Avatars. This will convert avatars from popular WordPress avatar plugins to the inbuilt avatars used in Govintra.
If staff directory profiles are still showing the old templates with forum favourites on the left-hand menu, you can deactivate the bbPress plugin and check that the new profile template displays. If you do not need the bbPress forums, you can leave the plugin deactived. If you use forums, activate the plugin again and staff profile links should go to the new templates.
